若回家後,看到小朋友

因睡得差而哭鬧

會感到不愉快

若半夜頻密醒來

父母非常辛苦

若大人睡得差

長此下去,增加父母壓力

亦可能會影響夫妻關係

因為經常爭執

所以在職父母很需要

教小朋友自行入睡

If a kid does not sleep well

becomes cranky

If an adult does not sleep well

he/she will lose patience

and annoyed by the kids

bad performance at work

lack of focus

ultimately create more stress

and may have impact on marriage

easily get into fights

較容易向家人解釋

亦能為工人姐姐及長輩建立信心

讓他們在星期一至五

照著你的方法去做

希望保持一致性

小朋友便能更快學會自行入睡

I come home late from work

how to sleep train my kids?

Should I let others to train?

We recommend working parents

to start sleep training on Friday night

On Saturday and Sunday

to oversee the plan

you need to get hands-on experience

to explain to other care-takers

and build confidence for them

From Monday to Friday

They can follow your instructions

to keep consistency

The child will learn self-soothing to sleep

讓我分享一個真實案例

E媽媽在她女兒

4個月大時找我們

女兒每晚都會醒來兩、三次

而且要依賴奶咀才能再次入睡

她是一個在職媽媽

所以她在一個週末

開始教女兒自行入睡

星期一至五就讓婆婆

和家傭姐姐來進行睡眠計劃

之前小朋友長期睡眠不足

導致很暴躁

令全家都很沮喪

但開始了自行入睡計劃後

媽媽表示3天內

已有一個非常明顯的改變

小朋友可以由晚上8時

睡至早上8時

中間只飲了一次夜奶

日間更可以睡上4小時

讓她每次醒來時都有充足的睡眠

變得很開心,亦不再暴躁

媽媽感到十分開心

Let me share a case

Mom D reached out to us

when her daughter was 4 months old

Her daughter woke up 2-3 times at night

only pacifier could soothe her

Mom D is a working mom

At a weekend

she started sleep train her daughter

Grandma took over during weekdays

with the help of home helper

The baby had not gotten enough sleep

and was always cranky

the whole family was frustrated

After sleep training plan

within 3 days

there has been a huge change

The baby can sleep from 8pm

till 8am the next day

Only one feed overnight

and nap for 4 hours during daytime

She wakes up full of energy

and happy, no more tantrum
